As a general dentist, I was very reluctant to convert my office to digital. Knowing all the positives to making that move I was still very reluctant due to the dependence I would then have to have on a person, or business to set up the office with both hardware and software; and then service me thereafter and forever. Being a native New Yorker, I'm not a very trusting guy; but then I met Jackie Lynn. Being an independent computer scientist was the perfect fit for me. Anyone can set up an office with hardware and software; that's easy; the true worth of a person is in the maintenance. For over 2 years now, Jackie is on speed dial for anything computer. She is the ultimate professional; always available, and dependable; there is no problem she can't fix, even if it's software she's not familiar with, she'll take the time to figure it out for me. Computer problems are going to happen; but I know I'll be up and running ASAP with Jackie.

Our practice has had the privilege of working with Productive PCs for the last four years. In that period of time, we have received prompt knowledgeable service.
