Experience
Jackie Lynn has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from California State University, Northridge and has taken courses in Microsoft Certification for IT Professionals and A+ Certification.
Her professional experience includes 15 years as a software developer; interacting with management and Fortune 500 clients to develop specification documents and code for client/server based systems. She managed staff and contractors, designed customer interfaces and data conversions, constructed prototypes, prepared detailed test plans, conducted review meetings and provided technical support and training for staff and clients.
After leaving the company she started Productive PCs, providing hardware and software support, design analysis, programming, web design and training services for businesses and home users.
While working as a private consultant, she also worked for the Saugus Union School District, training students and teachers, performing web design, troubleshooting, repairing hardware and software, making purchasing recommendations, and maintaining a technology lab used by over 600 students and teachers.
Jackie is now devoting 100% of her time to Productive PCs and feels very fortunate to be able to contribute to the growing businesses of her clients.
